After you have both the device, it has to be programmed and fiscalazed, and you have to be trained. This has to be done from our service, after that you’ll get from the service documents, invoice, registration certificate, contract for the service and other documents needed for the registration of the device in tax service within 7 days before you start using the device.

It means that yours fiscal memory is full with maximum number of daily reports, and in order to keep using the device, the fiscal memory has to be changed from the service.

In temporary stop of using the device, ti is made Fiscal memory report and it is attached in the book for daily reports, but it’s necessary to be in good technical condition and with valid contract. For taking the fiscal device out of usage and cutting the registration it has to be discard and its given to you a protocol for the discard witch you have to certificate in your local tax service in term of 3 days. After you get the certificate, you have to bring it back in the service in term of 1 day, where the device is discard.

For selling the device you have to bring it to your service organization. There is made a fiscal memory report. It is given to you a protocol for taking out the fiscal memory , witch you have to certificate in your tax service in term of 3 days. After that you have to bring it back to the service organization in term of 1 day and then the new fiscal memory is placed in your device. With this procedure and with the relevant documents the fiscal device is given back to you with the new memory and you can sell it.

•  PF means that there is no paper in the cash-register. Place a new one. The rubber cylinder is moved up by the thumb from its right side. Push it, so it has to be in vertical position.
•  The sensor for the paper is dirty.  Clean it. If that doesn’t help call the service form removing the damage.

When removing the old paper, a small pace of it left in the printer. Call the service.

For some reason the device has cleared the data. Call the service.

If the device is mobile, the battery is week, you need to recharge it. If the device is with thermal or matrix printer , you have to call the service.

In term of 7 days after each month and year you have to print a short fiscal memory report of all devices in the store. The reports are kept in the book for daily reports on the sheet with the last daily report for the term.

The easiest way to do this is to put the register in “X” mode.

11 SBTL(STL) 000000[start date] x 000000[end date] VD (VOID)

With the pressing of 11 SBTL(STL) you’ll make a short date report:

1.      Press SBTL(STL)
2.      Chose a starting date – from the “grey” keys – 2 digits for day, month and year. Example: June, 2008 it will be – 010708
3.      Press key “X” or “Q’ty”
4.      Chose a final date in the same way – 310708
5.      Press key VD (VOID) for printing. The same way, but pressing key 1 SBTL (STL) you’ll make detail report for a term with turnover for each day that is made daily financial report.

This way you can make a report of the register for each period of time, but only if in this period are made daily financial report with clearing.   

The matrix cash register can make reports only by blocks from the fiscal memory.

1. Put the key of the register in position “X”. Press key “2”- grey. You’ll see on the display tow numbers of the last daily financial report with a dash in between.
2. After that from the register book find the block of fiscal memory you wont to start the. Enter it in the cash register from the “grey” keys and confirm with “1” and from 1 to 8 the groups.
3. After that you have to find the date you want to be up to. Find from the report block of fiscal memory . Enter the number from the “grey” keys and confirm with “2” from the keys from 1 to 8 “groups”.
4. With key SUBTOTAL (SBTL) you can print the period in witch you can see turnover for it.

If you want to see VAT for this period, after that press TOTAL.

In order the fiscal device to work with store program, you’ll need drivers for the fiscal device - TextSell, EcrServ, WinNet(On line), witch you can buy from CASYST. For consultation call first in the service department in Casyst.

The connection between the two devices is broken, the cash register (fiscal printer)  is cleared  or the communication speed is changed on one of the devices. Call the service.

• Missing physical connection.
• The devices are with a different speed of communication.
• The devices are not programmed with the right parameters for communication.

The difference between LP-50M and LP-1000 is minimal, different size of labels, the requirement of  black strip for LP-1000, and the speed of printing, witch is much bigger for LP-1000. They act the same way. LP – 50 is older model, witch use the same commands, but the communication with computer is different and the program DATECS Label Editor dos not work. LP-50 has only 4 digits, dose not work with loadable fonts and supports only a few types of barcodes. The loaded data in, can be easer lost, because the data is in the operation memory and LP-50M and LP-1000 uses flash memory. The memory is two times lower then the new models.

     LP-50 works with labels with wide 56mm or paper roller with the same wide. The modes paper/label are switched with a key. The length of the label can be different with maximum value of 170mm and it depends on your needs. The strip with the label DO NOT have to has a black strip on its back. LP-1000 can work with labels with wide 79mm and 56mm ( in the printer is put special plastic limiter) or with roller with the same wide. Maximum length of the label is 205mm. The roller with the label is with black strip on the back side, in other case the printer dos not recognize them.
